Description
A large mid-19th Century English pine country kitchen harvest table. Originally from a Suffolk farmhouse, this impressive piece was made to serve as a rustic workstation for preparing food and making bread, as well as hosting large seasonal feasts.
Built for practicality, a shallow drawer is situated at each end—ideal for storing utensils or linens—with each drawer retaining an ornate antique cast-iron cup handle.
Condition: Structurally sound, sturdy, and ready for daily use. The wood shows charming, age-appropriate wear, marks, and rich patina from decades of authentic farmhouse use. Includes evidence of minor historic, non-active woodworm that has been fully treated for peace of mind.
