PRICING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
All of the prices displayed on the site are in GBP(£) and exclusive of delivery. We endeavour to offer online shipping options for as many of our products as possible, please select your chosen option and the associated cost will be added to your basket at checkout where available.
For larger items or delivery outside Mainland UK, where a delivery price is not automatically offered online, please contact us for a bespoke shipping quote on; hello@earlandrymer.co.uk
All items are available for collection by yourself or your chosen courier from our UK office, please select the ‘Free of Charge Collection’ option at checkout. Please note your collection must be arranged within 14 days of making the purchase, from the 15th day storage fees will be incurred of £5 + VAT per day, which must be paid before your item is released.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION PROCESS
For small items purchased with standard UK delivery at checkout, we aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days. Items are usually sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce using a 24 or 48 hour service, however please do allow up to 72 hours from receiving your dispatch email for your item to arrive. Please note, we reserve the right to use a different courier to that specified when ordering, however this will always be an equivalent service and you will not be charged any additional fees.
For larger items or items shipping outside Mainland UK where you have enquired for a bespoke delivery quote or have chosen to arrange your own collection/courier, please get in touch via; hello@earlandrymer.co.uk so that we can assist you and have your item ready for collection from our warehouse. Please note our warehouse is not open 24/7, so a collection day/time must be agreed prior to arrival.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in a position to accept delivery and that your premises can accept the pieces you have purchased (all dimensions are provided on product pages).
As above, items must be collected by yourself or your chosen courier within 14 days of purchase, to avoid incurring storage fees.
RETURNS
We hope that you will be delighted with the pieces you purchase. Please do note due to the unique antique nature of our products, they are sold as seen – wear and tear, age or marks/historic repairs clearly stated on the product page, would not be treated as faults or damage.
In the unfortunate circumstance you choose to return an item, where necessary we offer a full refund policy. Please inform us via; hello@earlandrymer.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery if you wish to return an item, and your reason for this return.
Returned stock must be delivered to our office within 14 days of receipt, in the same condition it left us. The buyer is responsible for organising and covering the cost of the return shipping and we do not refund the original delivery cost. Items remain the responsibility of the customer until received back at our premises.
When the piece is back in our care, the product will be fully checked to make sure it matches the condition it left us in, and once approved a refund of the product cost will then be issued back to the original payment method.
